SERVICES
My practice serves individuals of all ages, couples in any stage of their relationship, and families of various backgrounds. I specialize in complex trauma, dissociative disorders, and attachment issues. Therefore, I work with a wide range of needs including moving forward from anxiety and depression, healing from childhood or recent abuse and trauma, resolving complicated grief and loss, addressing attachment and identity issues unique to foster care and adoption, reducing addictive behaviors, developing positive parenting skills, and fostering healthier relationships. I also provide educational opportunities in my specialty areas through clinical consultation, supervision, trainings, and state-wide presentations. All whom I have the privilege to work with benefit from a strength-based, person-centered approach--with some humor sprinkled in!

Individual Counseling
Clients looking to heal from within can do so with a multitude of approaches tailored specifically to their individual needs. Those experiencing the painful effects of trauma may get relief from body-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing. Those struggling with attachment anxieties and/or dissociation learn how to self-regulate through mindfulness and distress tolerance skills.

Couples Counseling
My work with couples is designed to be engaging and whole-hearted. I use evidenced based practices designed to foster connection and healthy attachments, including Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. I also offer premarital counseling. Pay per session or bundle sessions and pay at a discounted rate. Please contact me for more information on pricing for premarital counseling.

Family Counseling
Families are invited to see me as a collaborator in the process of family work. Most of my interventions are experientially based whereby the family gets to "see" the dynamics rather than just "talk" about the dynamics at play within the family. Families learn how to appreciate each other's strength while building connection through effective communication, safe attachments, and most importantly, fun!

Clinical Consultation & Supervision
I provide supervision to clinicians who are seeking supervision hours for LMFT or LPC licensure in the state of Colorado. I also offer consultation services to clinicians who may be feeling stuck when working with complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment issues. Together, we will explore interventions that meet the need of your client(s) in tandem to your strengths and and clinical style.

Presentations & Trainings
I provide presentations and specialized trainings to higher education, psychiatric, hospitals, and outpatient community mental health facilities with the hopes of destigmatizing complex mental health issues and advocating for those who have been in hard places.
